METALLICA vs. JUDAS PRIEST

For the first time ever, THOMANN Artist Management is bringing the heavy sounds of the 80s rock giants to eastern Germany. For the Löbau Exhibition and Event Park on Friday, 9 October 2026, we have found two fantastic tribute bands who will captivate all visitors with the magic of the originals. Priest United (Judas Priest tribute) and MainTallica (Metallica tribute) are set to take to the stage and bring some good old-fashioned ‘heavy metal’ to the crowd.

Priest United impress with their immense enthusiasm and emulate their role models, Judas Priest, on stage. The twin-guitar power – solos, whether played in unison or in rapid alternation, are celebrated – and the screaming vocals. With all the hits such as ‘Turbo Lover’, ‘Breaking the Law’, ‘Living After Midnight’ and ‘Painkiller’, the set lasts a good 90 minutes, paying tribute to the metal legends who are still going strong.

MainTallica – the BEST GERMAN OLDSCHOOL METALLICA TRIBUTE from Frankfurt – is arguably one of the longest-serving tribute bands to the thrash metal heroes from California. The setlist for the 120-minute set takes you on a journey through time from “Kill ’Em All” to “72 Seasons” – with a focus on Metallica’s biggest hits and classics. The four lads really get the crowd going, so dig out your leather jackets and warm up your vocal cords.
