“Too little to live, yet too much to die.” Germany is getting older and older. Some are already talking about the “eternal old man”. The city’s buzzing, the countryside’s a dead zone, and some people think: ‘No cock will crow after us. I feel like I’m being trampled by a horse; everyone’s hoarding and just acting like sheep towards our mice. Those political tigers are mad; those greedy monkeys!’



Some are as hard-working as a bee, yet because someone’s got a bee in their bonnet, they’re being made to look like a snail. There’s definitely a worm in there! And meanwhile, the small fry are just making a mess, running about like rabbits and buying a pig in a poke. They’ve got a screw loose. Some oddball is already shouting: “I’m a star, get me out of here!” But watch out; the next big deal is already lurking. And what’s the blue elephant doing in a china shop?
