The world premiere of *The Circus Princess* took place in 1926 at the Theater an der Wien.

100 years later, the operetta is being performed in concert form as the New Year’s Eve event at the Kulturforum in Görlitz.

The programme has been expanded to include operetta classics such as *Oh MEIN PAPA*, *ZWEI MÄRCHENAUGEN* and *WIEDER HINAUS INS STRAHLENDE LICHT*.

Acclaimed performers from the Dresden State Operetta, the Neustrelitz Theatre and the Vienna Volksoper will come together in Görlitz on the last day of the year.
